I'm getting a little bit fucked off now.
I've been waiting for a prize for a Warhawk Competition that I entered eons ago but have been getting nada from Sony in response to my queries as to where the heck is my prize?

In October MusterBuster announced prizes were to be sent out, Then in November he replied to a message I sent with my postal address on. He said "blah blah prizes to be sent out soon, blah blah"

In January he said I hadn't sent him my address (which was on the original competition entry anyway) but would send my prize out asap.

Still nothing.

This is going on far too long.
What with no fucking communication from Sony or MusterBuster or Insomniac Games, the amount of Lag on BFBC, the fact my Sixaxis controllers are all fucking dying on me - I'm getting royally pissed off with Sony and all who sail in her.

If I can afford KZ2 and it lives up to expectations Sony may get another six months out of me but other than that I'm jumping ship.
Bastards.

If anyone knows MusterBuster please give him a nudge from me and ask for the truth.

Yes, BFBC is for playing at 3am or 3pm.

Write to insomniac asking them whats going on with the competition.
If they dont get back to you, tell them to remove your graphics from their game.
You have the pm's? you have emails? You have the original images? Then make the fuckers hand over your prize, or make them patch the game to remove the images.

I cant really threaten them with anything, part of the competition requirements was allowing SCE full rights to my designs the second I submitted them, I signed the declaration willingly. I'm still chuffed the graphics are in the game - I'm just fucked off with the lack of customer support from Sony in General.

(And the fact I'm brassic and was promised LBP as a prize - which made me very happy).

You know, legally, you have the rights to the images and intellectual copyright.
Why? You won, they did'nt give you your prize. Competition is void, so are the rules, tbh, if you wanted to take it that far, they'd shit themselves in court.

They half gave me a prize (in game graphics) so they could use that as a bargaining chip.
Just a response from MB saying statues have just been taken out of storage and should be in the office soon.



Other winners got LBP, I've pushed MB on this and have had no response.

All the LBP's have been given away and my statue will be out of storage soon.

He seems like a decent guy, not like that Lestrade cunt. When Lestrade was leaving everyone was like 'Hey good luck to you man' and stuff, I was the only one that said 'AT LAST!' lol But what amuses me are the butt kissing threads that spawn every so often in the GD section, jeez there seems to be endless supply of them

yer i read yur stuff in the beta forums about certain stuff so i know what u mean in that sense.

What i like about external forums (this one in this case) is

a. we are all older than 14
b. we all live in the real world where swearing is allowed, and we have a job or had a job and don't depend on our parents.

Unlike the 60% of the forumers at ps3 (EU) forums.
