Ok i am Finshed i think!!

There is some little improvments that can be made for the Table to make it look neater

and of Course the Image aswell that can be edited,

The one embeded into the forum is linked to header.php

This is the only file along with (overall_header)
To make them look nice on IE and FF

I have also gone though the code and made it compatable with IE as there was multiple issues,

Overall i say job done,

Apart form Improvments,
