The Mav could do with flares and a small gun like the UAV, but yep it's absolutely awesome at spotting.
Yes you can roadkill with it, I was killed about 6 times in one round... mofo!

@ Sy no worries mate ive been quite tardy on BF3 actually compared to BFBC2 ive had a lot of hours in work recently and i cant turn them down also ive not been too well but hopefully my hours online will increase but i agree with you.
i thought Comms on BFBC2 were fine they actually worked or maybe its just me
also i could have swore the MAV had flares?

Because in BC2 they actually worked to the acceptable standards. In fact I don't remember in game comms breaking, it would usually break in pregame suqd lobby but would fix itself as soon as you joined the game. Also the controller curves and response were much much better in BC2. I guess this is why people expected an upgrade not downgrade.

Like i said, i hope back to karkand helps along with a patch for all the shit that is in the game.

I just had this brain fart of a genius An elegant and very simple solution to noob stinger trolling spam.
Remember like in BC2 an occupied vehicle would have diamond around it visible from air? Do the same shit only for anyone locking with heatseekers.
Basically if you want to shoot chopper down with stinger you will now have to be more tactical because doing it right in pilot's face will get you killed. Also you will have to be a good pilot to kill them before they fire.
I think this is pretty neat and very simple to alter in the game without removing/adding weapons and rules.

In other news i'm physically tired..was playing battlefield 3 from 7:20pm to gone silly o clock in the morning is not good..i was so tired i even fell asleep with the ps3 still on
