The Old Guard - Netflix
It's not a big action flick, though there is action for sure, it's more a character driven story featuring a small group of mercenaries who happen to be immortal. It's a great film and certainly a great introduction/origin story to "The Old Guard". https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7556122/

Greyhound - Tom Hanks, Apple TV+ service
WOW, talk about tense. It's quite short, around 80 minutes of actual film, but very intense. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6048922/

The Old One? Do you mean the Old Guard?
I really enjoyed Greyhound, but had zero expectations, but yeah it's really good, the first 5-10 minutes are almost completely pointless to the film.
However, it's the following 1hour + that's really intense.
They're being hunted by the German wolf-pack. The submarines that ran rampant in the north Atlantic.
Yeah, it's good.

@theENIGMATRON did you watch Greyhound, if so, what did you think of it?
Can you believe it's been nearly 25 years since it's release in 1999? No me neither.
I've seen it what must be nearly 30 times and it's one of my all time favourites, I honestly always thought it was about anarchy and a great reset. But this week, while watching it again and having a urine infection, and being a little delirious, I finally realised what it's actually about.
It's a love story, about a man who doesn't feel sufficient enough, who wants/needs to recreate himself for the woman he loves.
With some insomnia and mental health issues, Tyler Durden is born. Tyler breaks down the narrator to his core and rebuilds him into the better man.
And that's it. I had no idea.

Ghostbusters 2016
The original (1984) deserves a mention, but you should already be well aware of that.
It got a lot of hate at the release and it's not as good as the original 1984 version, but it's still damn good fun to watch though. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1289401
I do love the 3D effect, breaking the border really works.

How prescient. The talk about needing a surveillance state in 1998, building blowing up and an expansion of surveillance. Imagine what they can do today.
Anything, except stop actual crime.
Enemy of the State. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120660/
