LOL I did that once on PS2 Monster Hunter after a 24 hour session... I was stood by the quest board waiting for my mate to post a quest and just rested my eyes. Next thing I know I woke up and he was still standing there LMAO. I must have slept for about an hour or so...

So anyway after all that, what do i think of the content.

Love it, sort of, I only killed two bosses at the moment,
And its not fun doing this with 4.8 Million souls haha
There is not much of a level before the second Boss.

You spawn into the Prepare to die part.
Run through the fog, Kill the boss.
Then run through the next section and run through a woods area(Takes 3 minutes to run) takes less than 10 minutes to kill everything and get to the next Boss.

Killed him and thats where i am now.

The area is like Dark Root Gardens, Very low FPS issues,
thought the game was going to crash at one point.

Met some guy on it last night and was co-oping with him on Skype.

GET ON THIS!!! Will be nice to chat to someone on Skype or something and play this mofo in co-op

I finally got around to this with a new character yesterday (I chucked a sicky )...

After Dave's review, I was expecting to feel cheated for my money, but I'm pleased to say I'm not at all. I did/am totally getting my money's worth. This DLC is like getting another 1/2 portion each of Darkroot, Undead Burg and Tombs.

The first boss that you run into pretty much straight away fucked me off a load until I found a strategy that worked. His high speed combo juggling bullshit had me ready to chuck the pad, but in the end I killed him.

Next up the forest section that Dave reckoned was 3-10 minutes long... I spent most of the day exploring this part. Especially as the hammer guys take me a minute or two to take down. Plus I kept trying to explore the bottom by the waterfalls before fighting Atorias. To be fair to Dave, when you want to get to the boss and know where you're going, yes - it doesn't take long to get there. But it's a big area with lot's to explore which is how I like to play.

Then I admitted defeat and fought him, and was pleased to discover than the urban area I could see from the forest was actually part of the DLC, and then even better, it has an underground section too (which, BTW, is excellent humanity farming).

After farming the city/underground boss in co-op for a bit, I had a crack at the dragon, but got owned. Hard. So I put my stone down and helped a guy (summoning on the dragon is slow to non-existent, while summoning in the Oolacile township is constant and very lively). So I help this guy, who PM'd me to say he wanted the tail, so we kicked it's arse and bagged the tail. I them asked him to return the favour and he summoned in once, died in 30 seconds then fucked off. Yeah, thanks, random guy from the internet...

So I still need to kill the dragon (I'm about level 87 if anyone wants to co-op), and I haven't even bothered (and not sure I even will) with the PvP arenas, but the set up looks really cool: 2 maps, 3 modes (deathmatch, team and duel) and a leaderboard of streaks.

Dave/Sy: you want/need to beat the dragon or fancy helping me around level 100? And have you tried the arena? It looks right up your street...

I caved in and ended up buying the dlc.
On the final boss manus as of 8am.

Prolly leave him for now, i want to go back n do that dragon kalameet.

However, the knight guy is obviously and upgraded false king from demons souls you can't not miss the resemblance in the style of fighting.

The sanctuary guardian was pretty easy, killed him first time, but only because it was a mix up of maneater and flamelurker.
The way they move but combined.

Quite like the new scenery, makes a change from small corridors, know what i mean?

The dragon kalameet who i met the first time on the bridge reminds me of the dragon from demons souls when you first encounter him after phalanx.

ANyways... not bad so far, i think those scarecrow guys are funny
Nice to see the dlc not going to far from it's roots though.

Was looking online for some tips to beat manus, who reminds me of the kings from dark souls, he pwned me so i will go back and fuck him up later, dragon first lol..

I see a cheese way of beating the manus, using a bow outside the fog, but no point in spendin cash on dlc to miss all that boss fight imo!

I'm level 122 with my faith build, skint, farming those humanity ghost things to get some more as i'm all outta souls and humanity.

I comepleted the DLC last night with me new Charc, Done Manus and the Dragon last night. and running around with pretty dam decent weapons and armour thanks to some people i have co-oped with

Got so many invaders that got pwned big time hahaha.

Sys get that Char leveled up some more and we can do some co-op

Think me and Charlie are ready for NG+++++ erm lost count lol.

I seen what you mean by the Manus with arrows.
Some guy i was co-oping with was trying to hit him, and failed.
I had a couple of attempts to see if i could hit him, and i managed done a whole 1 damage lol.

Took two attempts to kill him last night, the guy i was playing was a Marical person.
And when he kept doing all his black magic crap, he kept telling me to run into his protector bubble things that reflect black magic.
And doing so i died.

Way i have always beaten him, and not died or had issues really was to tank him at his feet.
Shield that does 100% damage and 80+ stability and he takes little stamina and no health.
And i have always missed his Black magic.

Every time i have stood back and attacked always get taken out by it.
Thats my method anyway

Rinsed a few thousand off some noobs i was invading, mwhaha.

Think i'll just sit invading township till i get enough souls i need now.

Level 60 so give or take a few

I do like the PvP area, Got invaided a couple of times yesterday.
And was co-oping and some guy was getting invaided way to often.
Was funny, Me an me big ass axe, take down half health and stun them, ready for another nice big slash
