its third hand now, i got i second hand from a CEX so if you go for it your the illustrious 3rd owner, case is cosmetically ok, top cover does slide off but will only do it if you move it. its given me no cause for concern but i swapped for the slim as its so much quieter, but obviously i cant gurantee it wont go titsup like any other 60gb. id rather give it to one of you lads than someone on fleabay
