my youngest son who is aged 5 aka "theMICROTRON" sometimes plays BFBC2, he normally just likes running around blowing things up or looking up into the sky when getting shot at! he wants to look at his dog tags and who do i see at the top of the list - "chrisdfa1"

went 101/0 in the blackhawk yesterday 80/1 before that and 50/1 before that lol.

i finally reached rank 50 today! after what it seems like an ice age, im now accepting submissions for usernames that i can register with for just causing grief and mischief with so far ive though of these

as for the new maps, no idea im sure they will be soon though, hopefully next 2 weeks, the data has already been downloaded in the latest update i speculate

ah well the new maps are great, heavy metal is just a roflfest

mind you the upshot is i have a 40in tv to play with in the living room! win!

Oasis is full of freezing, really bad.
Not only do you freeze in the heli, it also is on the ground, around trees specfically i have noticed..

Harvest day is very good, but i have already frozen many times and it really puts you off.

Heavy metal is a real battlefield map, i haven't froze on this yet but i know people who have.

cold war - not my cup of tea, not keen on snow maps, just like i am not keen on dark night time maps.

The problem now is everyone is playing the new maps and alot fo the old maps..are well empty.
If you do manage to get a full server, all of a sudden it becomes 5vs4 - why? because they all suffer freezing.

Shame really.

As for oasis it loosk nice, but soon as you get past the 1st base it wants to freeze, at a guess it drops to about 15fps...if you don't get out of that area you WILL freeze.
