If SpecOps looks good to you, check out Fear 3. I'm nearly done with it, but it's got some cool online modes. It's not exactly busy online though, so we'd need a Mess Hall party (it's only four people in a game).

It's modes are:

• * Co-op campaign - 2 players
  * Contractions - like CoD Zombies, 4 players
  * Soul King - interesting take on TDM, where you compete to steal most souls from AI enemies. You can kill each other and possess the AI. 4 players
  * F**king Run! - up to 4 players leg it through a level, staying ahead of a wall of death
  * Soul Survivor - kind of Soul King + Contraction. A bit like the mode in AvP where one player gets made an alien versus the rest as marines
