So nearly bought this today, while I was in Game killing time before going to see Resident Evil 3D. £50 all in, but I've got about £20 on a gift card my bro got me, so will probably end up getting it. Especially if it yields a slight edge on RUSE...

Sy you need to get Flight Control, it's brilliant, simple, but brilliant.
Works with move, is available from PSN for £3.99
Bargain.
You are in control (or not) of local airtraffic, and you have to guide the aircraft in safely.
Sounds easy... it is at first, but when you have 10+ planes and more than a few are on colision course... well, I like it, and apparently so do another 2million other people.
With the touch/iphone you touch the screen to make the flight path, with the PS3 it's either joypay or Move. Joypad does work, but I imagine move is a LOT better.

Back on topic, whats the nav stick for, and is it really needed? I've read that some people just use a standard joypad instead.

I think it is just a reworked, half joypad - but I had a quick test, and holding a joypad in one hand is unstable, so I'd go for the navstick. The Wii equivalent is probably the coolest thing about the Wii.
I think it will be an essential part of the control set up. Sy can probably confirm, but I think in RUSE it's used to move the map, and I'd imagine in FPSs it will be used to move your character.

yeah nav stick is a must to enjoy the move at full potential.
You can navigate menu's with the thumb stick and do selections at will, so if the move is being used to control something else, it's much easier to use a nav control for the rest, for example in ruse you can use move to move (haha) the units, map, zoom, pan, tilt and select things, and u can navigate production with the nav.
