Fuckin' A
Although I just got done with Dragon Age so started Darksiders today... just about to start what I'm guessing is the first "real" level (i.e. just blew the horn to get that golem-gate thing to piss off). It seems ok so far - I started on the hardest difficulty cos I'm a sucker for punishment.
lol
EDIT: Oh yea - but if anyone's getting on the U2 gimme a shout...

Phew, just got done with Darksiders... Yeah, it was good. It has some annoying issues, but nothing major. Some fucking beautiful environments, and a great setting for the story. I like the depiction of angels too. I would say it's possibly better than God of War, but the backtracking can get annoying (and confusing at times). I do like the linearity of GoW for simplicity's sake - keeps you focused on the killing.
All in all, good enough to get my platinum seal of approval
And finished just in time to download today's awesome demo selection...AVP 61%, come on damn you shitty broadband.
Oh, people who enjoyed Darksiders - or the story and setting anyway - should check out The Prophecy. It's not quite as epic as Darksiders, but it does have Christopher Walken as the angel Gabriel. And it's pretty old so you should be able to get it cheap (if you can find it). Definitely worth a check...
