Yeah Calloom, the squad system in BFBC2 is better than BFBC1. The difference is you can also send squad invites while you are playing the game. You can also select which players you would like to be with. If your squad is somehow combat ineffective you can leave them and find another squad. It's almost the same as Battlefield 1943.

With regards with the killercam, it does. The good thing with this, is you can track down your killer if you are very familiar with the surroundings. But camper sniper would hate this feature (imho).

About the "Different Look" thing, it is different than BFBC1, BFBC2 map is huge. its more bigger than the map stage of BF1943. Controls are also more complex than BFBC1.

In BFBC1 if you play as attacker, you have an idea of how many resources left before your team loose. The same thing with defenders. you have an idea of how much life left your crate has before it explode because all of it shows on the screen. In BFBC2 those screen (resources information) doesn't show at all, which I don't really like.

The resources DO show 007, it's above the minimap. This time, it gives and actual number.
The buttons are very different, but you do get used to it.
It also feels like killzone 2, the controls are sluggish, and there's no feeling of sidestepping either.
I think that the damage needs to toned down a little bit to match BFBC1. It's too easy to die, and too easy to kill from a distance.
The game does'nt show your health either. You might be down to 50%, but you would'nt know it.
Also, when your health is REALLY low, everything goes extremely blurry. You cant see someone in front of you at all.

That said, it's still battlefield, and it's still a beta. There's 3-4months of work left to finish, and it feels like it's mostly tweaking that needs doing.
Although me, Sy, enigma, and 007 did get kicked an awful lot when attacking. But joining was no problem, and it put us back in a squad together.

Agreed, the more I play it, the more I get used to it, and hence, like it.
One important thing to note, bullets actually drop down over a distance, yep gravity get a hold of them.

And we still lost. We were attacking the crates, and despite me holding the enemy back, (single handed too), my team WOULD NOT ATTACK. They all sat on the hills sniping.

hah the usall battlefield exp then! i really don't understand these people that camp with snipers on an entire 20 minute match racking up 30 - 50 points lol.

Just finished on a game, the whole team but me ( i was medic ) was sniper - on attack

Everyone else was stuck on the right of the base sniping objective area A.
I was the only person in the tank.. the only person as medic, the only person trying to get the crates, i got objective A by collapsing building, but theres no way i could take B on me own..

Whole bunch of snipers on the hill, was funny but annoying.. wish i was recording it.

I've just pre ordered from Game just so I can get a beta key on Monday when they e-mail them out for game pre orders.. Only way for me to get a beta code in Europe.
