One of our members has and is playing the game as I type this.

He has a hauppauge HD-PVR just like me and Symonator, but we dont have the game yet

still unconvinced - astro says the gameplay is tighter = but for me looks very cod 4.

i know it cant change to much - as it wouldn't be cod lol.

have to see a few more vids in HD before i finally decided yes/no for a buy.

I love the COD gameplay, not as much as BFBC, but still it's very good.
redVENGEANCE and killzone_kid both say it looks like COD 4, well, it's made by the same people. So it will have a lot in common. The old addage, never judge a book by it's cover still applies.

will they still pull this video once the game officially released?

I honestly dont know. I think they probably will.
I have the video though, I ripped it before it was pulled.

If they dont like it, why put it in the game?
I guess they know that it's gonna get slammed for that scene.

in a way it makes the americans war on terror a sham if an american company use an unnecessary terrorism sequence in a game purely for shock value and sales in a weird kind of way

It's a fucked up world we live in.
If it was an American airport, it'd be all over the news with righteous condemnation.
But it's a Russian airport. So it's OK to poplularise terrorism as long as it's not against America.
But IW still keep pulling the video, because they know it's wrong.

The mission video "No Russian" was removed because IW claimed it infringed on their Copyright.
So why are they ignoring other gaming video's?
Is it because they KNOW that it will bring bad publicity? Condemnation? Outrage? Copycat scenario's?
Imagine if a terrorist actually copied the video, how much spleen would be vented at IW/Activision then?

It'll be re-uploaded on the day of release with a Disclaimer and Content warning if they pull it then they are total arseholes.

Its because the pirates are downloading pc and 360 versions.
They can't tell what is legit and what is not on a console.

They know and can track a modded pc version..(they will d/l the torrent and see what file is different aka MD5)

i would think they will reset all PC leaderboards.. but i'll bet u any money they don't reset/ban early scores from the console..they just can't tell whats legit or not.

This is prolly why your video is down, because even though legit, the pc pirates and 360 pirates are and have spolied it for the legit uploaders.

Until release day, they will keep getting them videos taken down.
By law noone should really have mw2 on a console - aka street date, so they will ensure no leaked vids are up.
