does anyone know how to create a complete backup of this phone?
I'm about to flog it on ebay and I'd like to make a full and complete backup before I wipe it.

Backup of what?

And wipe it how?

Full ROM Backup Use clockwork MOD to do a Full system back.
You can then wipe it and install a ROM
(Needs to be rooted and have Clockwork MOD)

If you just talking about a normal user, you dont need to backup,
it will only delete the APK files.
As Seddon said, Titanium Backup, or My Backup Pro is what i use.

I'm not rooted, so none of the above will work.

I did find some on the app store though.

In any case I'm not overly concerned, it would be nice to have a one click complete backup of everything though.

I dont understand what your backing up if your flogging it

My Backup Pro will work to backup Apps.

But the only thing you can backup is Apps.

Contacts are Sycned with Google Contacts,
Pictures are stored on the SD Card. Settings are irrelivent as they change per ROM so you SHOULD not restore them,

Only thing you can Backup that would be sort of usless is Call Logs and SMS.......

it was mostly for apps and contacts, but I hadn't realised contacts were backed up to google.
So really there's no problem then!

Type in Google:
Google COntacts

And Confirm they have Been Synced.

Apps, Paid for, can be accessed and downloaded from the store,
Resotring them sometimes adds complications to do with Auto Updates from the store.

You can use My Backup Pro, and backup the APK's data
Things like Saved Game Data, Login Details, Bascily the content of a Application like user details etc.
