I bought my iPad on Thursday and it's effin brilliant, much better than my 64 gb touch.
After using it for about 7 hours the battery finally died , not too shabby considering it was only at 60% out of the box.
But when I came to charge it I noticed it was taking an inordinately long time, about 20 hours for a full charge, and that was from the mains charger. The USB cable was not charging at all from my pc or powered hub.
So a little research on google later and I found that the factory cable is actually the MAIN cable for charging, even though it looks identical to a standard iPod cable, it's not. I switched the cable to the factory cable and tried again, it's working... And it's jumped 20% in less than 30 minutes!
Considering I was about to take the iPad back at lunchtime, I've saved myself the headache of having to reinstall everything again.
I also love the keyboard n this thing, I can stil touch type and it does a pretty good job of autocorecting me when I do make a mistake.

It weighs exactly 1lb and is amazing. It's solid enough that it's not fragile, but light enough that your wrists wont ache holding it.Symonator wrote:LOl Daz from kidney selling to ipads
