The tax credit people are complete fucking morons.

They keep sending me shit that reckons they've overpaid me. But I've given them the correct information at all times. It's not my fault they seem to give that information to a load of drunk monkeys.

No wonder this countries money situation is so fucked.

That ad they have on TV at the moment to remind you to get your renewal done may as well be re-worded to say:

"Please help us, because we haven't got a fucking clue. But we're happy to burn your money on this TV spot to tell you that in a round-a-bout fashion."
