Its a Turn Base game, But its pretty nice, Easy and impressive.
the Animations are cool, and the overall game is pretty well made.

You can Build you army, Build you base, Produce units

I like it so far, And its Free aswell, if you really like it you can buy maps and so forth

Really, Why what Version Phone and IOS you got?

3G, firmware is latest(ish) - 4.2.1, but I don't think it supports OpenGLES 2.0. It doesn't support that Unreal Engine game where you swipe the screen to attack (forget what it's called) either.
