I have changed the emoticons to a "yahoo brand" all old smiley code no longer works but other posts with old smiley code will show the smiley you picked previously.

I've drastically reduced the number of smilies when you post, I was finding that it caused input lag on my keyboard, and caused my CPU temp to shoot up. Yep even my quadcore 1.2Thz cpu struggles.

It also caused my laptop to overheat.
