Grrr this site is hard to use with the PS3 browser, thanks for creating an account for me Dave. I had to login to ajax to get the username / pass screen to appear. Still I got here in the end.
I don't use the name VLAD36 anymore it was on an old ps3 and I don't know which email address I used, so I can't retrieve my old name / account lol.
It's good to hear you are all doing well, and i'm sorry I got the huff on and left for 2 years. To answer your question as bluntly as I can, I got pissed off about Killzone 2, which had just come out at the time and was my new religion. I loved it, was awesome at it, and have fond memories of kicking most of your asses at it.
We had some good games on it, we used to set up our own room. As I recall it didn't always balance well and sometimes it was a bit one sided. In the end, there was a lot of negative feelings about the game, particularly from Killzone_Kid who had just returned from a months absence.
Since I loved the game and it was all I was playing at the time & nobody else was bothered about joining the games - I didn't see much point in sticking around.
Had a drink one night and decided to leave the clan. I realise I don't look good in this story but thats how it happened.
Anyway, I stopped by from time to time just to catch up on any news. I always assumed after all this time i'd been long since forgotten, so it was funny to read Daz's post about VLAD36 'wonder what happened to him' etc..
Anyway, it's a long time ago, I haven't been gaming much but i'm back online now because of killzone 3. Whats betting you all hate it lol.
Not sure if this PS3 browser will even post all this, anyway, all the best guys, stay lucky.
It's nice to know why you left suddenly, TBH we thought you'd joined a serious KZ2 clan.
I think we all enjoyed it to some degree, Codayop and Seddon more than others, but for the rest of us it just didn't hit the mark.
I think KZ3 is probably going to be the same, good fun for a while, but ultimately let down by the controls.
I've picked up KZ2 from time to time and given it a go, and it always surprizes me at how good it can be despite the horrible controls. But for me, it's not the type of game I can play continuously.
Either way, it's still good to hear from you and I hope you're doing well, I hope you also keep dropping by, and more often.

I would have, but I have Game store cards from Xmas. So I'll be going up to town in lunch time on the release day instead... It was earmarked for Mass Effect 2, but not until they patch that bloody save corruption bug.
