Re: Massive PSN Sale starts today
If you haven't played either Batman, they're worth a punt at that price. Same with Darksiders.

Yeah, although it's the size I like. I never noticed the outline was white. It might look better with a black outline...? Dunno...

Re: HMV in administration
Good. HMV has been crap for a decade or more. Overpriced, overcrowded, and with fucking stickers you can't remove.

Re: End of Watch
I've had this ripped for a while and literally just copied it onto my phone to watch on the train today... I've heard it's good. Looks in the style of 'The Shield'.

Re: OUYA - android games console
I've discussed this with my (photographer) brother - nude models are not that expensive, maybe £100 for a full nude photo session. It's completely do-able.

Re: Red Tails
I bought this the other month as I really wanted to see it and have to say it was hugely disappointing. I think it was let down by a crap director. It feels....incomplete.
It does have the odd great flight action sequence in it though.

Just read that on Facebook, except in dollars
IMO, technically the hotel manager could have had her up on charges of prostitution or soliciting or something.
Also, the hotel has to do the same work to reset the room regardless of how long they stayed.
Funny story, but the old people are morally in the wrong. I can't walk into Sainsbury's, open a tube of Pringles, take 5 then just pay 20p.

Looks like they are keeping all the main ones then (around here anyway), and just trimming the fat.

Re: new xbox will require internet connection
This is all incidental to the damage 2nd hand sales do to the games industry. Daz, those trade-ins are all lost sales to publishers. Losing X sales to gain 1 is bad business sense no matter which way you cut it.
but if there's no trade in, they lose a console sale and a potential game sale from me. Sure it's not all black and white, but it's not all bad either.
I and people like me will buy ...

Re: new xbox will require internet connection
If Sony actively don't prevent second hand games (and after all, how does it affect them as manufacturers?*) they could gain a massive foothold in the next generation.
*As manufacturers. I appreciate they are also both publishers, but I feel they would win bigger from allowing 2nd hand games than they would lose from it.
