Re: Firefox is now rubbish
I'd have to agree with you. I've been using Firefox for so long it really starts to feel outdated. Recently installed Chrome as an alternative browser to IE. (Because of all plugins/add-ons some websites get quirky) I'm really amazed how fast it starts-up compared to Firefox. The only gripe I have is the interface, it's difficult to navigate. But I guess that'll get easier over time.

Re: EA/D.I.C.E drop MoH
What kind of MP has MoH anyway? Like CoD/CS? Small maps etc?
I'll never understand why you'd want to include sniper rifles when you're working with small sized maps.

Re: My End of the World Stash
Now you need a boat. In a crisis the last thing you want is to be stuck on an island full of hysterical survivors trying to hold on to a living. Also, when you're sitting on a pile of supplies you're bound to attract people that want a slice of that cake. And unless you live in an atomic bunker, no way you'll keep them out.

Games killed those people? I'm pretty sure it was guns. Why are they not burning guns?

Re: FUCK OFF 2012
Aye it's been a rough year for me personally with at least 6 months of clinical depression and of course Norovirus in the last few days. At least you got to go to the beer festival(s) and sample food as well as ales!
I feel absolutely shattered today and I know damn well I've slept well for a couple of days.
I just hope 2013 is a better year for everyone than any year before it.

Re: Dreams. Shit is crazy.
Reading all this is depressing. I barely have dreams at all and when I have a dream it's at the later part of my sleep so the dream usually ends abruptly by waking up to have a piss. Then if I would go back to sleep there won't be time to get back into dream state.

Anyone playing that?
It's pretty modable at the moment, much like Minecraft. That being said, I shamelessly copied sounds over from Minecraft to get rid of the cheap ones. Together with a few management mods to counter the lacking bits and it's a pretty enjoyable game.
Now I just need to bleach the dwarves their beard and I'm all happy.

Re: if DOOM was made today
It's missing one thing though. For the videos sake they should have added a controller's button instead of press "e". All CoD promos are done with the console version. So many games stick with 1 button for most actions even when ported to the PC.

Re: Do you believe in UFO?
I can't help but think those wackos who've been waiting for extraterrestrial life to come to earth will screw it all up. If I would land on some new planet and a bunch of creatures dressed as hobos would great me with over enthusiastic smiles and huge signs with wierd symbols, I would probably tell my boss to scorch that entire population.
Also, just thinking of it. This super advanced alien race ...

That documentary sounds a lot like that one South Park episode.
I'm glad I don't have refined enough taste to be able to drink that cat crap coffee. I'll just stick with my Aldi coffee pads.

Re: Elite: Dangerous Kickstarter Project
Yeah Daz, that's basically every one of the games shown on Kickstarter. You pay to play Alpha, you pay again to play Beta. And finally when the game is out you have to pay for that as well. It's 3x income for them and a lot more for those people paying a hell of a lot more just to get an item named after them or a forum badge.

I can't say I've ever heard of that game but when you're asking such a number through Kickstarter, you can at least upload a video or some pictures.
