There is a bug in firmware 1.10 that bricks the controller. DO NOT UPDATE THE RX3!!
XDJ-RX3 corrupt firmware 1.10
Once you do update, you'll be left with a controller that will not work. Turn it off and on again and it'll tell you to insert a USB stick into top USB1. And that's it. That's all you can do.
I contacted the store I bought mine from and they contacted PioneerDJ reps and support directly and I'm far from the only person to have this issue, so there is a bug in the firmware update.
How long it will take to fix I honestly don't know. I know it took an age to fix the DDJ 1000 drivers for the Mac Mini M1, though that was mostly down to Apple making a complete hash of the MIDI libraries in the rush to get the software out. Even when it was fixed, it still took Pioneer a good couple of weeks to sort out their end.
SO DO NOT UPDATE YOUR XDJ-RX3 just yet.

Oh the irony, PioneerDJ still have the corrupt firmware available for download.
